KAJU-HAWK – Tomahawk Fighting System

KAJU-HAWK – Tomahawk Fighting System

There probably isn’t another weapon today that captures the warrior ethos and imagination outside of the Samurai sword than the tomahawk. Native Americans, our pioneering forefathers and modern-day Special Forces teams swear by the effectiveness and handiness of this legendary weapon.

Since Kajukenbo’s inception a lot of techniques from various fighting styles were and still are being incorporated into it. This generally means developing new skillsets and introducing those skills into the system Kajukenbo and its practitioners. However, the Kaju – Hawk Tomahawk fighting system is unique. Developed by Barron Shepherd it is solely derived from the empty hand strikes, combinations and self defense techniques found within Kajukenbo itself.

The Kaju – Hawk Tomahawk fighting system is comprised of striking, pushing, grappling, cutting, chopping, raking, joint lock and takedown techniques from kajukenbo for Non-lethal and lethal application.

The Kaju-Hawk Tomahawk fighting system was developed by Barron Shepherd.
